Granola Cranberry Bread



Ingredients:

1 3/4 C - All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. - Baking Powder
3/4 C - White Granulated Sugar
1 C - The Perfect Granola The Original
1 C - Applesauce
½ C - Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
½ tsp. - Almond Extract
1 C - Dried Cranberries
¼ tsp. - Baking Soda
½ tsp. - Salt
½ C - Avocado Oil
2 - Eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease 1 Large Loaf Pan.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Sugar. Mix in The Perfect Granola and Dried Cranberries to the Flour mixture and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together the Applesauce, Avocado Oil, Yogurt, Eggs and Almond Extract.
  4. Fold in flour mixture, and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour into greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 55-65 minutes until golden brown.
